Bring your own key
You supply your own key for Ollama Cloud, any OpenAI-compatible provider or a model on your PC. The desktop app sends those requests directly to your provider; the AI Interview Assistant backend never sees the key or the requests.

No key needed. AI Interview Assistant uses approved external AI providers to process Included Credits requests. Requests pass through to the provider and their content is not stored.

Billing term
1, 3, 6 or 12 months, as selected at checkout. The full term price is charged up front.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until canceled.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by the billing provider.
Payment
Checkout and payment management happen on the billing provider's secure hosted pages.

No license keys
Your subscription lives in your account. Sign in on the desktop app and you are set.
It renews for the same term unless you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid term, and your account, billing history and data export stay available.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. Included Credits are a monthly allowance and unused credits do not roll over. Bring-your-own-key usage never uses credits.
What if a payment fails?
Access continues for a short grace period while you update your payment method from your account. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
