Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from the customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- You can reactivate before the period ends.
Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on your jurisdiction and the point in the billing period.
- Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it is honored as required by law.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the billing provider.
- AI usage billed by your AI provider is not refundable by AI Interview Assistant.
Payment failures
- If a payment fails, you enter a grace period and keep access while the payment is retried.
- Your local data is never deleted because of a payment failure.
- If payment is not recovered, premium features turn off and the subscription expires.
Refunds and access
When a payment is fully refunded or disputed, premium access for that subscription ends. Your account, data export, deletion and support remain available.
Account deletion with an active subscription
Account deletion is scheduled after a short cooling-off period, during which you can cancel it. When the deletion runs, any active subscription is canceled with the billing provider first, so you are not billed again. Whether any unused period is refunded follows the refund rules above.
